Lofts planned in Channel District

TAMPA - Developers on Wednesday announced plans for residential lofts at 210 N 12th St. in the Channel District.

Groundbreaking on the lofts, named CCX North, is set for February. They are to be finished by September. The units will range in size from 850 to 1,410 square feet, and the top floor will house a single, 3,800-square-foot unit. Prices range from $228,250 to $329,000. Each unit will feature a balcony and indoor garage.

The project was designed by Tampa-based Abell Garcia Architects.
