CHANNEL DISTRICT - Polished concrete floors, 12-foot ceilings, towering glass. Those are some features of the CCX North condominium project planned for the Channel District next year.

Bertigo Partners recently announced plans for the seven-unit, three-story complex at 210 N 12th St.

Each condo has a floor-to-ceiling blue-tinted window on the front. On the outside, the units will be surrounded by giant Henon bamboo, known as "singing bamboo."

Units will range from 850 to 1,410 square feet and cost $228,250 to $329,000. Each includes a private balcony and indoor garage.

The top floor will have a single 3,800-square-foot residence.

Bertigo picked the name based on the address. CCX stands for 210 in Roman numerals.

Groundbreaking is scheduled for February, with a completion date expected in September.
