OTTAWA - Markus Naslund scored during the final minute of overtime to lift Vancouver past Ottawa 3-2 on Thursday.
Naslund scored the winner with 46.2 seconds showing on the clock. The puck went in off Naslund's leg during a scramble after defenseman Sami Salo's shot from the point.
Vancouver's Dan Cloutier made 31 saves, including a pad stop to rob Zdeno Chara 1:50 into overtime, for his 100th victory. He also got help when Chris Phillips hit the crossbar with less than a minute left in regulation.
The Canucks won their second straight after ending a five-game road losing streak Tuesday in Montreal.
Vancouver blew a 2-0 lead when Peter Schaefer and Jason Spezza scored 51 seconds apart late in the second. Schaefer scored with 1:36 left in the second, shortly after Daniel Sedin gave Vancouver a 2-0 lead.
Spezza scored his sixth of the season with 44.4 seconds left in the period to bring the sold-out crowd to its feet.
Mike Keane gave Vancouver a 1-0 lead for the second straight game in the first period.
Sedin completed a give-and-go with twin brother Henrik with 4:39 left in the second to make it 2-0.
The Senators caught a break to tie it. Spezza got control of a bouncing puck in the Canucks zone and put a shot into the top right corner as Martin Havlat jumped across the goal mouth in front of Cloutier.
AVALANCHE 6, FLAMES 5 (OT): Derek Morris scored 2:24 into overtime for visiting Colorado, which ended a two-game losing streak. Calgary had won three in a row.
Trailing 4-3, Oleg Saprykin scored his second goal of the game to tie it for Calgary 1:02 into the third. Travis Brigley scored 4:53 later to give Colorado a 5-4 lead. But Andrew Ference scored with 8:07 left to force overtime.
LEAFS 3, THRASHERS 1: Ed Belfour made 31 saves, allowing only Ilya Kovalchuk's league-leading 17th goal, for visiting Toronto. Belfour has 409 wins, 14 fewer than Tony Esposito, who is in fourth.
Kovalchuk scored with 1:26 left to make it 2-1, but Owen Nolan scored his second goal of the game 27 seconds later to seal Toronto's third consecutive victory, matching a season high.
Belfour had an injury scare two minutes earlier when he was sent sprawling to the ice after a collision with Atlanta's Serge Aubin. Belfour took a shot to his left knee but stayed in the game as Aubin drew penalties for charging and roughing.
COYOTES 6, KINGS 4: Ladislav Nagy recorded his first hat trick and added an assist for host Phoenix, which ended a three-game losing streak.
Los Angeles' Luc Robitaille earned his 700th assist in the second period. Robitaille became the second left wing to reach 700 when he set up Michael Cammalleri's goal 1:01 into the period. John Bucyk's 813 assists and 1,369 points are the most by a left wing.
Nagy opened the scoring, tied it at 3 with 8:30 left in the second and made it 5-3 28 seconds into the third. He won a race to the puck along the boards, dragged it behind him through the circle, and beat Roman Cechmanek under the crossbar.
