Carol K. Reid has been named vice president/manager of First Community Bank of America's new Largo location. Reid was vice president/office manager of SouthTrust Bank's Tyrone office.

ENGINEERING

Ash Engineering Inc., Tampa, announced these appointments: John L. Herrick, director of the civil department; and Stephanie L. Fountain, business development specialist. Herrick was director of information technology for Chitester Management Systems Inc., Tampa; Fountain was manager-administrative services for the Duncan Cos., Tampa.

Paul Stevenson has been promoted to vice president at McCormick Stevenson Corp., Dunedin. Stevenson was engineering manager.

HEALTH CARE

Jeff Bradley has been named assistant executive director/health care administrator for Freedom Square, Seminole. Bradley was administrator for Gainesville Health Care Center.

LEGAL

Marina A. Choundas has been elected to the board of directors of the National Conference of Community and Justice, Tampa Bay region. Choundas is an associate and practices corporate tax work, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law with the law firm of Foley & Lardner, Tampa.

MORTGAGE BANKERS

Sadikah Manhertz has been named a mortgage consultant for HomeBanc Mortgage Corp., Tampa. Manhertz was a sales representative for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Tampa.

RECRUITMENT

Kforce Inc., Tampa, announced these promotions: Kevin Hudson, to vice president/product management for information technology; Pamela Wright, to vice president/product management for finance and accounting; and Rich Hensler, to vice president/pharmaceutical product management. Hudson was market director for the information technology and finance and accounting operations; Wright was group financial officer, emerging markets; and Hensler was director of marketing.

TECHNOLOGY

Bill Roach has been named senior vice president of sales for Switch and Data, Tampa. Roach was interim chief executive of SonicWall Inc., Sunnyvale, Calif.

Chase C. Stockon has been chosen by the Leadership Florida board of regents to attend Leadership Florida's Class of 2004. Stockon is president and chief executive of Panther International, Tampa.

Scott Sullivan has been named vice president of global channels and alliances for OpenNetwork Technologies, Clearwater. Sullivan was vice president of worldwide channels, alliances and services for Netegrity, Waltham, Mass.
