ST. LOUIS - Leonard Little was making up for lost time.
After missing four games with a torn chest muscle, the Rams defensive end had four sacks and forced two fumbles Sunday against Minnesota.
"I was away from the game for a whole month and I was hoping I would pick up where I left off," Little said. "Today was a good outing."
His devastation of Minnesota's offensive line had teammates pouring accolades on him.
"Leonard Little is back," Tyoka Jackson said. "Put him in the Pro Bowl where he belongs. He got a sack for every game he missed. Right back on track."
BEARS: Guard Chris Villarrial (strained rib cage) left in the first half. Right tackle Aaron Gibson (sprained knee) left in the fourth quarter.
BILLS: Drew Bledsoe left in the third quarter after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit from Keith Hamilton. Bledsoe finished the drive before leaving. He missed practice time leading up to the game because of concussion symptoms. ... Tight end Dave Moore left in the second quarter with a mild concussion.
BROWNS: Tim Couch, playing for the first time since Oct. 26, was hurt on Cleveland's second series of the second half after colliding with Seattle's Chike Okeafor. Couch took over in the third quarter because Kelly Holcomb was ineffective. ... Receiver Quincy Morgan left with a concussion after colliding with Anthony Simmons.
CARDINALS: Defensive back Dexter Jackson, the MVP of the Bucs' Super Bowl XXXVII win in January, hurt his ribs and shoulder. ... Emmitt Smith saw his first action since injuring his shoulder against the Cowboys on Oct. 5. The league's career rushing leader had one carry for minus-3 yards and caught one pass for 5 yards.
CHARGERS: Defensive end Raylee Johnson (foot) went on injured reserve, ending his season.
COLTS: Rookie tight end Dallas Clark fractured his right leg in the second quarter against the Patriots and could be out for the season. ... Fullback Detron Smith (right knee) left in the first half.
49ERS: Running back Garrison Hearst (sprained right knee) left in the third quarter.
GIANTS: If fans were trying to send a message by walking out in droves during the loss, co-owner Wellington Mara said heard them. Clearly. "I'm very dissatisfied," Mara said. "The message comes across loud and clear. All it tells me is that we need to improve the product. And how we go about that is something we will discuss." ... Tight end Jeremy Shockey (sprained left knee) and left tackle Luke Petitgout (back spasms) were deactivated. Tight end Marcellus Rivers and guard Wayne Lucier left with knee injuries and cornerback Will Allen sprained his foot.
PATRIOTS: Receiver Troy Brown sat out with a leg injury and running back Antowain Smith was deactivated though he's healthy.
STEELERS: Receiver Hines Ward had X-rays on his back and ribs after the game against Cincinnati but doesn't think he was seriously hurt.
TEXANS: Quarterback Tony Banks broke his right hand, apparently when he hit his hand on a helmet as he completed a 12-yard pass to Domanick Davis late in the second quarter. Also, reserve safety Ramon Walker tore a ligament in his left knee and is out for the season.
OFFICIAL BANGED UP: Line judge Carl Johnson sustained a concussion near the end of the second quarter during Baltimore's celebration of Ray Lewis' touchdown return.
