The future for James Croy and Sean Crosby has yet to be determined, but if their recent past is an indication, it could be very bright.
Croy, 18, a Seminole High senior, and Crosby, 17, a Boca Ciega junior, walked off with the largest share of trophies at the Pinellas County High School League awards banquet Monday at BanquetMasters. The annual event drew a record 512 players, parents, friends, coaches and administrators.

Crosby was recognized for a season-high varsity scratch game of 289, high team scratch game of 943 and high team series of 1,113, plus received a number of game patches. Northeast, coached by Dan Lambo, Jenni Denny and Kathy Endicott, took home the girls and boys scratch division titles - the first time in the league's 32-year history the same school has won both. Crosby's Pirates, coached by Tod Janssen, Joanne Hagley, Jami Nahon and Mary Poindexter, won the boys handicap crown. Largo, with Greg Bennett, Rick Ickes, Joy Growe and Rick Bell at the helm, took the girls handicap championship.
