Snook season is closed

Snook season closed Dec. 15 and will reopen on Feb. 1. It is illegal to keep snook of any size during this period. Once the season reopens, you can keep snook between 26 and 34 inches. Only one snook per person, per day can be kept during the season. A snook permit is required, along with a saltwater fishing license.
