Today's games
Dolphins (8-6) at Bills (6-8)
By ROGER MILLS
Published December 21, 2003
Are these the final days for coach Dave Wannstedt? The way they have played in the month of December sure indicates that.
Mills pick: Bills 21, Dolphins 17
Giants (4-10) at Cowboys (9-5)
Jim Fassell is finishing out the season, and Cowboys are going to finish off the woeful Giants.
Mills pick: Cowboys 23, Giants 9
Lions (4-10) at Panthers (9-5)
With a home playoff game locked up, the Panthers could shut it down today and still win. Lions are that bad.
Mills pick: Panthers 30, Lions 15
Redskins (5-9) at Bears (6-8)
While both teams are going no where, the Bears have improved dramatically in the second half of the season. The Redskins have not.
Mills pick: Bears 20, Redskins 6
Titans (10-4) at Texans (5-9)
If Steve McNair is called back into duty, then the Titans roll. If not, the Texans have a chance.
Mills pick: Titans 23, Texans 12
Bengals (8-6) at Rams (11-3)
A win over the Rams would do wonders for the Bengals hopes of a division title. Problem is, we're talking about the Rams at home.
Mills pick: Rams 28, Bengals 21
Ravens (8-6) at Browns (4-10)
Cleveland's team is better than it's record, but not enough to overcome the Ravens, who were embarrassed by the Raiders last week.
Mills pick: Ravens 28, Browns 13
Saints (7-7) at Jaguars (4-10)
The Jaguars are a lot better than their record indicates and will prove it against the Saints.
Mills pick: Jaguars 30, Saints 15
Chargers (3-11) at Steelers (5-9)
It's been a disastrous year for both teams and only one will be able to lick their wounds today. That'll be the Steelers.
Mills pick: Steelers 17, Chargers 10
49ers (6-8) at Eagles (11-3)
The Eagles are the hottest team in the NFC and the 49ers are incapable of winning on the road. Nuff said.
Mills pick: Eagles 33, 49ers 14
Cardinals (3-11) at Seahawks (8-6)
The Seahawks are 7-0 at home this season and host a team that has not won a game on the road. Nuff said, Pt II.
Mills pick: Seahawks 33, Cardinals 12
Broncos (9-5) at Colts (11-3)
The Colts can lock down the division and at least a home playoff game with a win. The Broncos also earn a playoff spot with a win.
Mills pick: Colts 24, Broncos 20
