  • BREEDLOVE, ROBERT LEE, 69, of Floral City, formerly of Brooksville, died Monday (Feb. 3, 2003) at Brooksville Regional Hospital. Born in Clendenin, W.Va., he came here four years ago from Brooksville and was a retired wire extruder from General Cable of Tampa. He was Protestant. Survivors include his son, James, Brooksville; a daughter, Betty Kay Smith, Floral City; a brother, James Rodney, Wisconsin; three grandsons; and a great-grandchild.   • DOOM, RALPH B., 95, of Beverly Hills, died Wednesday (Feb. 5, 2003) in Beverly Hills. Born in Tiline, Ky., he came here 34 years ago from Fowlerville, Mich. He was a retired policeman with the Norfolk & Southern Railroad and was a 32nd Degree Mason. He was Protestant.   • MARTIN, CLEMMIE M., 82, of Floral City, died Wednesday (Feb. 5, 2003) at home under the care of his family and Hospice of Citrus County. Born in Alabama, he came here in 1997 from Sumter County. He was a retired plant manager in the photo processing business and was an Army veteran of World War II.   • PEPPER, LESTER N., 76, of Brooksville, formerly of Inverness, died Tuesday (Feb. 4, 2003) at home. Born in Columbus, Ohio, he came here in 1997 from Inverness. He owned Outboard Marine Corp. for 25 years in Ohio. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, a private pilot and an amateur radio operator. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Lelia; two daughters, Sherri Beers, Tampa, and Julie A.   • KELLY, CHARLES J., 78, of Spring Hill, died Sunday (Feb. 2, 2003) at Oak Hill Hospital, Spring Hill. Born in Chicago, he came here 17 years ago from Elmhurst, Ill. He retired from Commonwealth Edison, Chicago, and was an Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He served in the Battle of the Bulge. He was awarded the Purple Heart, Combat Infantry Badge, Bronze Star and ETO/Four Battle Star. He was a life member of VFW Post 10209, and was a member of American Legion Post 118, Elks Lodge 2582 and the Lions Club. He attended the First Methodist Church of Spring Hill.   • ATHANASAW, NANCY BELLE FOLDS, 89, of Herndon, Va., formerly of Tampa, Tarpon Springs and Dunedin, died Wednesday (Feb. 5, 2003) in Alexandria, Va. Born in Bowling Green, Ky., she moved to Dunedin in 1937, Tarpon Springs in 1950, Tampa in 1952, and Herndon in 1988. She was a former member of First Baptist Church, Tarpon Springs. Survivors include five sons, Glen and Curtis E. Folds, both of New Port Richey, Dr. Danny L. Athanasaw, Herndon, Robert Lee Folds, Jacksonville, and Larry E. She was a member of the Tampa Bay Porcelain Artists and the World Organization of China Painters, winning numerous awards.   • LaGRONE, INEZ RUBY, 86, of Plant City, died Monday (Feb. 3, 2003) in Brandon. Born in Harlson County, Ga., she was a longtime resident of the Tampa area. She was a retired minister and founded an Assemblies of God church in Albany, Ga., and was a member of the First Assembly of God. She worked at a postal substation at Tyrone Gardens, St. Petersburg, and was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Tampa. He was an electrical engineer and worked for Honeywell and Sperry corporations and was a professor of electrical engineering at University of South Florida. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church, Clearwater. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Phyllis; three daughters, Jennifer Pappas, Clearwater, Rebecca Hubbuch, Largo, and Cindi Brady, Independence, Iowa; a brother, Keith, Henderson, Ky.; a sister, Reba Coates, Grayson, Ky.; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. She was a member of Faith United Church of Christ, Clearwater. Survivors include three sons, James M., Belleair; Jerry R., Albuquerque, N.M., and David L., Fairview, N.C.; a sister, Marjorie Occhialino, Albany, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.     • SAXE, ALAN JAY, 44, of Asheboro, N.C., formerly of Clearwater, died Monday (Feb. 3, 2003) at Randolph Hospital. He was born in Miami and lived in Clearwater many years before moving to Asheboro. He worked locally for Publix Super Markets. He was Jewish.     • SCHWARZ, ROBERT J. "BUD," 77, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday (Feb. 1, 2003) at home. He was born in Chicago and came here in 1991 from Goose Creek, S.C. He was a retired probation officer for the Chicago Police Department. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II. He was Catholic. He enjoyed golf.     • SITERO, BRUNO H., 54, of St. Petersburg, died Monday (Feb. 3, 2003) of cardiac arrest at St. Petersburg General Hospital. Born in Naples, Italy, he came here in 1960 from Italy. He was a security guard for the Wackenhut Co. and Metro Security in Tampa. He also worked for Goodwill Industries and repaired juke boxes for the Rainbow Music Co. in Tampa. He was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration in St. Petersburg. Survivors include his mother, Raffaela Sitero, St. Petersburg; four sisters, Anna Maria Modena, Rome, Concetta Clark and Antonietta Sitero Smith, both of St. Petersburg; and Maria Pia Fairchild, Durham, N.C.; a brother, Max, Miami. He was an electrician for General Motors. He was a member of Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle and the Polish American Society. He was an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Jane; a daughter, Nancy A.     • KAPSINOW, RUTH G., 78, of South Pasadena, died Wednesday (Feb. 5, 2003) at Palms of Pasadena Hospital, South Pasadena. Born in Jamaica, N.Y., he came here in 1972 from Lynnbrook, N.Y. She was a church organist in New York and a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church of St. Petersburg. Survivors include her husband of nine years, Lawrence; a son, Jack Pangborn, Topeka, Kan.; a daughter, Judy Bates, St. Petersburg; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.     • STEWART, MAE EDITH, 94, of South Pasadena, died Wednesday (Feb. 5, 2003) at West Bay Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Oldsmar. She was born in Finland and came here in 1968 from Paradise, Mich. She was a sceretary for law offices and was a member of Irving Park Baptist Church and the Berean Sunday school class.
