Born in Freeport, N.Y., she came here seven years ago from Phoenix and was a kitchen supervisor for Cypress Creek Academy of Lecanto and was a former member of Make a Wish Foundation. Survivors include two daughters, Tara K. Hall, Lecanto, and Cindy Reimize, Phoenix; two sons, Donny Hall, Tustin, Calif., and Darrell Reidhead, Phoenix; her father, Vincent Mostacci, Interlachen; two brothers, Nando Mostacci, Waldorf, Md., and Vincent Mostacci Jr. Georgia; 11 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and a companion, Denver Adkins. He was a brewery manager for Schlitz Brewery Co. for 44 years and was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was Lutheran. He was a member of the Masons, Suncoast Brewers Association, and Sugarmill Woods Golf & Country Club.   • BYARD, REX B., 88, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday (Jan. 29, 2003) in Spring Hill. Born in Fairmont, W.Va., he came here 25 years ago from Hyattsville, Md. He retired from the Department of Corrections, Washington, D.C., and achieved the rank of captain. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a Protestant and a member of Church of Christ. He was a shipfitter at a naval shipyard and was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was Catholic. He was named Boss of the Year 1960 by the Clearwater Chapter of National Secretaries Association. He was Clearwater's city attorney from 1958 to 1960, past president of the Clearwater Bar Association, a member of the Florida Bar and American Bar Association and was named to the Academy of Prestigious Lawyers of Martindale-Hubbell. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 127, Clearwater, Scottish Rite, Valley of Tampa and the Egypt Shrine Temple, Clearwater, along with Chapter 45 RAM, Council 34 R&SM, Springtime Commandery 40, Knights Templar and York Rite of Free Masonry Valley of Tampa. He was a retired warehouse worker for Kroger Foods in Cincinnati. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in St. Petersburg. He enjoyed entertaining by playing the spoons at hospitals and nursing homes. She was a domestic worker and a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, where she sang with the No. 1 choir and the mass choir and served in the general mission department.     • LOVELACE, MARIE HARDIN, 97, of St. Petersburg, died Monday (Feb. 10, 2003) at her daughter's home under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. She came here in 1923 from her native Lincoln County, Ga. She was a florist and worked at Willson-Chase, Maas Brothers and Allendale Drugs. She was a member of First Baptist Church of St. Petersburg since 1923. The family of her husband, L. Oliver Lovelace, were St. Petersburg pioneers who came here in 1898. He worked for Morris Communications in Georgia and worked in advertising and marketing for the Augusta Chronicle and Southeast Publications and also worked for the St. Petersburg Times. She attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Ill., and DePaul University in Chicago, where she graduated as an anesthetist nurse practitioner.
