    • HUEBSCH, MADELINE M., 83, of Clearwater, died Monday (Feb. 10, 2003) at Sylvan Health Center, Clearwater. She was born in Charlotte, Vt. She was a commercial artist at Green Mountain Studio in Vermont where she was known for creating Tiffany-style lamps. Survivors include a son, Roy Christianson, Belmont, Calif.     • JOHNSON, ORIN "O.P.J.," 75, a seasonal resident of Leesburg and formerly of Clearwater, died on Wednesday (Feb. 12, 2003) at home under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. He came here as a seasonal visitor beginning in 1993 from Dubuque, Iowa, where he owned and operated a restaurant and bar. Survivors include three sons, Donald, Leesburg, Kenneth, Holiday, and David, Wisconsin; two daughters, Diane E.     • McDANIEL, NANCY J., 78, of Clearwater, died Thursday (Feb. 13, 2003) at Hospice House Woodside, Pinellas Park. She was born in Wilkinsburg, Pa., and came here in 1983 from Canfield, Ohio. She was a homemaker. She was past president of the Women's Club of Clearwater, past matron of Shenango Valley Chapter OES, and a member of the Junior Women's Club of Sharon, Pa. She was a volunteer at Belcher Elementary School. She was Episcopalian.     • SEOG, JOSEPH V. "VINCE," 83, a winter resident of Clearwater, died Wednesday (Feb. 12, 2003) at home under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. He was born in Snow Shoe, Pa., and was a winter visitor since 1983 from Livonia, Mich., where he retired after 40 years as an operating engineer for Sinacola Contract Co. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the American Legion.     • STIDOLPH, WARREN B., 81, of Clearwater, died Thursday (Feb. 13, 2003) at Sunset Point Rehabilitation Center, Clearwater. He was born in Long Island, N.Y., and came here in 1982 from Pittsburgh, where he retired as an engineer for US Steel. He was an aviation machinist mate second class in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of Light of Christ Catholic Church, Clearwater, where he was a bingo caller for the church's Men's Club. He was a member of the American Legion.     • WEAVER, EDITH E. JOHNSON, 93, of Spring Hill, formerly of Dunedin, died Wednesday (Feb. 12, 2003) at Timber Pines ALF, Spring Hill. She was born in Indiana and came to Florida in 1968 from Florham Park, N.J. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and Telephone Pioneers of America, both of Dunedin.     • BERMAN, FRANK C., 63, of Largo, died Saturday (Feb. 15, 2003) at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and came here in 1973 from Amherst, Mass. He owned and operated the Wealth Source Financial Group. He was a Navy veteran. He was an active member of the Seminole Chamber of Commerce and the Republican Party. He was Jewish. He was a supporter of the Gulf Coast Museum of Art, the Jazz Association and the SPCA. His hobbies included kayaking, hiking, travel and photography.     • FLETCHER, LORRAINE L., 88, of Largo, formerly of Pass-a-Grille Beach and Seminole, died Saturday (Feb. 15, 2003) at Largo Medical Center. She was born in Worcester, Mass., came to Pass-a-Grille Beach in 1949, moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1953, to Seminole in 1959 and to Largo in 1964. She graduated from Framingham State Teachers College in Massachusetts. She worked in retail and banking for several years before becoming a teacher. During World War II, she served with the American Red Cross in Anchorage, Ala. While living on the beach, she taught in St. Petersburg schools and worked at the snack bar of the Pass-a-Grille Beach Hotel. She taught school in Fort Lauderdale. After returning to Pinellas County, she taught at Orange Grove Elementary in Seminole and was transferred in 1963 to Largo Central Elementary School where she taught until she retired in 1981 after 41 years as a teacher. She was an accomplished tennis player and a horsewoman. She was a volunteer for the SPCA and a member of the Florida and the North Pinellas Retired Educators Associations.     • MONAST, KAREN Y., 44, of Largo, died Thursday (Feb. 13, 2003) at Largo Medical Center. She was born in Philadelphia and came here in 1988 from Mississippi. She served six years in the Air Force and achieved the rank of sergeant. She was Episcopalian.     • BOGEL, ERNST C.H., 95, of Palm Harbor, died Saturday (Feb. 15, 2003) at home under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. He was born in Germany and came here in 1986 from New York City, where he retired from retail fabric sales after 25 years with Bloomingdales. He was an Army Medic veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Clearwater. He was a world traveler and enjoyed cooking.     • IRWIN, LYNN B., 87, of Palm Harbor, died Thursday (Feb. 13, 2003) at Palm Garden of Clearwater nursing home. He was born in Bridgeport, Ill., and came here in 1993 from Westmont, Ill., where he owned and operated a Marathon station. He attended Heritage United Methodist Church at Countryside. Survivors include his wife, Mary A.; a daughter, Linda S. He came here in 1981 from his native Pittsburgh, where he retired as divisional credit manager for the May Co. He was an Army veteran of World War II.     • ASHKENAZ, DIANE, 49, of Safety Harbor, died Saturday (Feb. 15, 2003) at the home of her parents in Safety Harbor under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. She was born in New York City, moved to Margate in 1979 from California, and to Safety Harbor in 1997. She graduated cum laude from the University of Miami. She was a physical therapist; she worked more than 20 years at hospitals, doctors offices and in home health care services in Margate, Fort Lauderdale and Safety Harbor. For the past five years, she worked as a sales representative in the kitchen design department of Home Depot in Clearwater. She was a member of Congregation Beth Shalom of Clearwater. She was a Girl Scout leader. She was a retired medical center laboratory manager. She was a volunteer for the Indian Rocks Beach Library and the Pinellas County Election Board. She was Episcopalian. Born in Ashtabula, Ohio, he came here in 1960 from San Antonio, Texas. He was the manager of Bruce Kaye Trucking of Largo for 16 years, the owner of a Pepperidge Farm Cookie and Cracker franchise of Seminole for eight years, and the owner and operator of Anton's Portrait Studio of Pinellas Park for seven years. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was Catholic.     • BIALEK, MARIE BERTHA, 104, of Anchorage, Alaska, formerly of St. Petersburg, died Sunday (Feb. 9, 2003) at Providence Alaska Medical Center. A native of Baltimore, where she retired as the owner of a corner grocery store in 1956, she came to St. Petersburg in 1961. She took her first airplane flight when she moved to Anchorage at 103 years of age.
