TARPON SPRINGS -- Christopher M. Stamas, one of three men acquitted three years ago in a high-profile road rage case, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor battery. He is accused of grabbing a woman by the neck and throwing her to the floor of a bar, according to an arrest report.
