Slain woman's car found nearby
ST. PETERSBURG -- The car of a slain woman was found Thursday in a parking lot near her home.

Fliers weren't hazardous
ST. PETERSBURG -- No hazardous substances were found on a half-dozen threatening fliers left inside St. Petersburg Times newspaper boxes last week, even though one of the notes suggested it was laced with anthrax.

3 arrested after police chase down stolen car
ST. PETERSBURG -- Three carjacking suspects in a stolen Dodge Neon led police on a car chase Thursday night that ended in the Pinellas Point neighborhood, where the three men were arrested, authorities said.
