So you're younger than 18 and think you can't vote? Think again. Your opinions can be heard for Nickelodeon's 16th Annual Kids' Choice Awards. There are the usual categories, such as favorite actor, actress and movie, but kids can also vote for their favorite video game, favorite book and the Xpress top picks: favorite male and female butt-kickers. Kids can vote both on and off air in 20 categories. Surprise awards will be announced during the show and you never know if actor Tom Cruise will show up again. Voting kicks off today online on www.Nick.com. Winners will be announced during a live broadcast from 8 to 9:30 p.m. April 12.
