I read a complaint in the Jan. 24 Action column against Phase 4 Orthotics. I ordered five pairs of orthotics over the phone and paid for them by giving my checking account number. The company immediately deducted $149.90 from my account. That was July 20, 2002. I am still waiting on the orthotics. I tried to cancel the withdrawal from my account but the bank said it had to be within 30 days of the order. Could you please get the company to send my money back to me? I am on disability and really need that $149.90. A. Davidson
