PALM HARBOR -- Pinellas County sheriff's detectives Tuesday charged two Tampa women with operating an illegal massage parlor in Palm Harbor. Un Joo Suh, 57, of Tampa was charged with performing an unlicensed massage on an undercover detective at Suki's Parlor at 37542 U.S. 19 N at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, sheriff's spokesman Detective Tim Goodman said. Suh also was charged with prostitution after offering to perform a sex act on the undercover detective for $40, Goodman said.
