North of Tampa: March 30, 2003 Zoning: Andover will add 45 homes
CARROLLWOOD: The Andover subdivision is about to get bigger. County commissioners on Tuesday gave Clearwater-based Parkview Homes the green light to proceed with plans to add 45 homes to the community off Nixon Road, north of Linebaugh. The 25-acre extension northwest of the existing neighborhood will include 5,000- to 6,000-square-foot lots, a pond and a road connecting to Tughill Drive. (Petition 03-0111)
