STATE JOBLESS RATE FALLS: Florida's job market improved in February, state officials said Friday. The unemployment rate fell to 5.2 percent, down from 5.3 percent in January. There was a net gain of 54,800 jobs during the month, an increase of 0.8 percent. In the Tampa Bay area, the unemployment rate fell from 4.9 percent in January to 4.3 percent in February.
