After seeing an ad in the Parade magazine that came with my Sunday newspaper in mid January, I mailed a check for $20.98 to Tristar Products to cover the cost of two pasta pots, plus shipping. On Feb. 6, my check was cleared by the bank. On Feb. 27, my husband contacted this company at its toll-free number and was informed that the product would not be available until at least May. Asked if he wanted a refund, he said yes. He was told that the check would be mailed the week of March 7.
