DADE CITY - A Dade City area man was charged with felony domestic battery after deputies said he stomped on his girlfriend's face, kicked her in the ribs and punched her in the head.
Bruce William Rogers, 34, of 39337 River Road, remained at the Land O'Lakes jail Thursday in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Rogers got into an argument with Connie Hall about 3 a.m. Sunday at his home, according to a sheriff's report. He accused her of infidelity and started beating her, the report said.
Hall was taken to Pasco Regional Medical Center for X-rays, which revealed a broken rib, the report said.
