Seminole's Brittany Lincicome said Saturday she will turn pro and try to qualify for the Futures Tour, the developmental tour of the LPGA.

"I'm ready to earn some money," she said.

Lincicome, 18, a two-time high school state champion, won the Harder Hall Invitational, one of the top amateur tournaments, Jan. 10, and had scholarship offers from Florida and Auburn.

Saturday, she shot a final-round 2-over 74 to finish second in the South Atlantic Women's Amateur in Ormond Beach.

Her other rounds were 71-77-71 for a 293. Lincicome entered the final round one up on Cal senior Sarah Huarte, who birdied the final hole to win by a stroke.
