Susan Teslicko has been named vice president and branch manager for AmSouth Bank's Lithia Crossing branch, Valrico. Teslicko was an assistant vice president and branch manager for Wachovia Bank's Bloomingdale location.

ENGINEERING

Kathy Pozzi has been promoted to Web content manager for PBS&J (www.pbsj.com) Tampa. Pozzi was senior marketing coordinator for PBS&J's West Florida region.

FINANCIAL

Lisa Rapuano has been named senior partner and co-chief investment officer for Matador Capital Management, St. Petersburg. Rapuano was senior portfolio manager and director of research for Legg Mason Fund Advisors, Baltimore.

INSURANCE

Bankers Insurance Group, St. Petersburg, announced these appointments: R. James O'Boyle, senior vice president; Barry W. Gates, chief underwriting officer; and Thomas J. Carlson, internal audit manager. O'Boyle was senior vice president of American Modern Insurance Group, Cincinnati; Gates was senior vice president at Colony Insurance Group Richmond, Va.; and Carlson was manager of internal audit for Workflow Management Inc., Palm Beach.

LEGAL

Hill, Ward and Henderson PA, Tampa, announced that Gregory P. Brown and Scott W. Dibbs have been elected shareholders in the firm. Brown is a member of the creditors' rights and bankruptcy group and the commercial litigation group; Dibbs is a member of the firm's corporate and real estate practice groups. Brown and Dibbs were associates.

The law firm of Holland & Knight LLP, Tampa, has named the following associates as partners: Elizabeth A. DeConti, Harvey S. Kauget, Dennis M. McClelland and Todd A. Nelson. DeConti is a member of the government section and a member of the alcohol beverage team; Kauget is a member of the litigation section; McClelland practices in the litigation section; and Nelson is a member of the real estate section.

OFFICE SERVICES

Mike Carroll has has been named a partner at Tatum CFO Partners LLP, St. Petersburg. Carroll was chief financial officer for the St. Petersburg Times.

TECHNOLOGY

Jamie Harper has been promoted to business marketing officer of the Gulf States district for Microsoft. Harper will be based in Tampa and was a business development manager.
