Tired of paying sales taxes when others don't? Floridians Against Inequities in Rates (FAIR) is collecting signatures in an attempt to put a constitutional amendment on the Nov. 2 ballot.
The amendment would force the Legislature to come clean on special-interest tax exemptions by requiring that each exemption be eliminated unless approved by a three-fifths vote of lawmakers.
