HUDSON - A 33-year-old Hudson man is in jail on charges of capital sexual battery after two girls, both age 11, said he fondled them and performed oral sex.
Ly Van Nguyen, 12337 Smokey Drive, was arrested by Pasco County sheriff's deputies Thursday and was being held Friday without bail in county jail. He allegedly touched the girls several times between November 2003 and February. Nguyen admitted performing oral sex on the girls, according to an arrest report.
