3 firefighters promoted to rank of lieutenant

LARGO - Firefighters Keith Hatten, Kevin Brennan and Otto Sandleben have been promoted to lieutenants. Hatten joined the department 10 years ago, Brennan is a 15-year veteran, and Sandleben has been a firefighter for eight years. Lt. Pat McGinley, a 20-year veteran of the department, resigned to relocate to West Virginia. His last day is Sunday.
