CLEVELAND - LeBron James scored 32, Zydrunas Ilgauskas made a key putback in the final minute and the Cavaliers caught Tim Duncan on an off night for an 89-87 win Friday over the Spurs.

The Cavaliers survived a frantic final minute to snap San Antonio's six-game win streak. Duncan scored 21, but the reigning two-time league MVP was 9-for-28 from the field.

Jeff McInnis made two huge shots down the stretch and finished with 15 points and eight assists for the Cavs.

Harassed by James, Manu Ginobili could not get off a 3-pointer before the buzzer, causing Cleveland's rookie to rip off his headband and fire it into the sellout crowd of 20,562.

NETS 91, RAPTORS 72: Jason Kidd tied a season high with 15 assists and Richard Jefferson had 20 points to help visiting New Jersey set a franchise record with its 12th straight victory. Nets coach Lawrence Frank improved to 11-0.

Donyell Marshall had 17 points and 13 rebounds for the Raptors, who have lost four straight. Toronto could fall out of the playoff race after losing Vince Carter and Jalen Rose to injuries. Carter is expected to miss at least two weeks with a sprained left ankle, and Rose is out for a month with four broken bones in his left hand.

WOLVES 88, PISTONS 87: Rasheed Wallace barely broke a sweat in his debut with Detroit. After Wallace played 12 minutes in the first half, the league ruled he could not play because of a paperwork issue. Kevin Garnett had 25 points and 13 rebounds to lead the visiting Timberwolves. Wallace was dealt just before the trading deadline Thursday after playing one game for Atlanta.

"All the necessary paperwork was not received by the league," Pistons spokesman Matt Dobek said. "It will probably be cleared up (today)."

KINGS 91, BULLS 83: Peja Stojakovic scored 24, and Vlade Divac had 11 assists and 11 rebounds to lead visiting Sacramento. Their bench already thinned by an injury to Brad Miller and the suspension of Chris Webber, the Kings lost top reserve guard Bobby Jackson late in the first half with an abdominal strain.

GRIZZLIES 97, SUNS 92: Pau Gasol had 17 points, 10 rebounds and eight blocked shots, and host Memphis handed Phoenix its seventh straight loss. James Posey had a team-high 18 points for the Grizzlies, who have 21 wins at home this season, a franchise record. Amare Stoudemire led the Suns with 23 points, but fouled out with 4:28 remaining.

JAZZ 92, KNICKS 78: Stephon Marbury did not have a happy 27th birthday, getting booed at Madison Square Garden. Andrei Kirilenko scored 23 and the Jazz opened a big early lead and was never threatened in the second half. Marbury scored 21 and Tim Thomas struggled while starting at Keith Van Horn's old spot, small forward. He shot 4-for-11 and scored 17, 11 coming in the fourth quarter after the game was out of reach.

HEAT 125, HAWKS 92: Eddie Jones scored 24 and Dwyane Wade added 22 for host Miami. Jones had 20 points as Miami built a 73-42 halftime cushion, the franchise's biggest first-half lead. The Heat went ahead by as many as 33 late in the second quarter. Chris Crawford scored 21, Jason Terry 18 and Stephen Jackson 17 for the Hawks.

PACERS 96, WIZARDS 87: Reggie Miller scored 11 of his 24 in the fourth quarter, and Jamaal Tinsley hit two 3's in the final 1:10 to lift visiting Indiana. The Pacers blew an 18-point lead in the first half and trailed by eight early in the fourth, but Miller scored Indiana's next seven to start the comeback.

GUARDS FINED: The Lakers' Gary Payton ($15,000) and Warriors' Speedy Claxton ($7,500) were fined by the league for fighting in the third quarter of Wednesday's game, which Los Angeles won 100-99.
