Malachi St. Jean, 9, Wideline Dorilas, 11, and Manie St. Jean, 11, relax in the Partners In Health garden, which provides fresh vegetables to the hospital in Cange, Haiti. The three children live in Cange, on the other side of this hill. There is a full-time gardener, who lives in a small block house along the edge of the garden, to tend the crops.
