Hennessy Construction Services, 2300 22nd St. N, St. Petersburg, has completed these projects: Graham Teytelbaum office building, 4,358 square feet, office building, 585 Main St., Dunedin, $704,619; St. Anthony's Hospital Heart Center, 13,824 square feet, includes a new cath lab and critical care unit, St. Anthony's Hospital, 1200 Seventh St. N, St. Petersburg, $2-million; Southeastern College, Lakeland Campus, 31,350 square feet, for phase two of Esperanza Residence Hall, $2.9-million; Montgomery Carpets Plus, Venice, 9,795 square feet, flooring showroom warehouse, $857,888; Premier Community Bank, Island Branch, Venice, 4,490 square feet, two-story office building, $548,409; and Gulf Coast Urology Associates, Venice, 5,453 square feet, tenant improvement project, $266,900.

ENGINEERING

DMJM Aviation Inc., 2202 N West Shore Blvd., Suite 455, Tampa, announced this contract: Chicago O'Hare International Airport, to lead the program management office for a modernization program. DMJM will oversee the program's first phase, which includes engineering and construction of three runway projects, the relocation of railroad tracks and the development of an airfield detention basin, $6.6-billion.
