The Florida Bar and the Florida Medical Association have combined to sponsor a public service campaign to educate people about the benefits of preparing living wills and designating health care surrogates.
The Florida Bar Speakers Bureau has recruited members of its elder law, health law, and real property, probate and trust law sections as volunteer speakers to civic, professional, social and community organizations on this topic, at no cost.
