LARGO - Police have arrested a man on suspicion he flashed a woman and her 7-year-old daughter at a Largo McDonald's.

Jason Scaff, 22, of Largo, was arrested Thursday on a charge of lewd and lascivious exhibition. Police say Scaff pulled up next to the woman and child on Nov. 28 while he was masturbating.

Police in Largo, Pinellas Park and Clearwater have had at least seven similar reports that could be tied to Scaff, said Largo police Detective Tara Hansen. She said Scaff has admitted to flashing people over the last two years. He was being held at the Pinellas County Jail Thursday in lieu of $20,000 bail.
