In preparing for Tuesday's elections in Clearwater, Tarpon Springs and Oldsmar, the Times editorial department has interviewed the candidates, studied the issues, examined referendum questions on the ballot in those cities and attended candidate forums. The newspaper previously has published detailed recommendations in those races. Here is a summary:

NO. 1: CHANGE TIME CANVASSING BOARD MEETS: Yes

NO. 2: CHARTER REVIEW EVERY FIVE YEARS: Yes
