BAYONET POINT - A vote on the proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter near Beacon Woods might be delayed - again. The plans were scheduled to come before the county's Development Review Committee on Thursday, but an engineer for Kimley-Horn and Associates has asked the county to push the vote to April 29. That way the consultant will have time to see how Wal-Mart's plans will be affected by the U.S. 19 concurrency ordinance, which comes before the County Commission Wednesday.
