Century 21 Alliance Realty has announced that local residents can enter the 2004 Century 21Home Run Derby All-Star Sweepstakes from March 1 through May 15 for a chance to win $250,000 toward the purchase of a new home.

Registration may be completed at the firm's three Spring Hill offices: 11046 Spring Hill Drive, 5455 Spring Hill Driveand 3441 Deltona Blvd. Entry forms are also available at the Century 21 system Web site at www.Century21.com and at the Century 21 Alliance Realty Web site at www.C21AllianceRealty.com

This program is available through participating offices and does not require the listing or purchase of real estate through a Century 21 office.

Eight sweepstakes finalists and one alternate will be randomly selected from a pool of eligible entries to win a trip to Major League Baseball's 2004 All-Star Week, courtesy of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation.

On July 12, the Century 21 Home Run Derby competition at Minute Maid Park in Houston will determine which of the finalists wins the $250,000 sweepstakes grand prize.
