Cumbee has been in banking for 17 years and with First National for the past 10 years. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida, the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and the Executive Banking Institute in Austin, Texas.
Kerry M. Westbrook was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer. He has 26 years of banking experience. The past two years have been with First National Bank of Pasco. Westbrook has also completed the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
