TAMPA - Tampa police detectives are asking for help in finding a man they say has exposed himself to children at least three times since May. They say that when the man approaches children, he is usually driving a gray or silver Dodge Caravan with a Florida tag that begins with H and ends with 8.
He is about 50 years old with gray hair, a gray mustache, a medium build and a medium complexion. He stands about 6 feet tall, weighs about 180 pounds and wears glasses, according to witnesses. Anyone with information can call the Tampa Police Department at 276-3655.
