Two comedy shows this weekend feature TV stars - one known for his long tenure on a soap opera and a trio who gained fame on Saturday Night Live.
Walt Willey, who has played District Attorney Jackson "Jack" Montgomery since 1987 on All My Children, also bills himself as a satirist and is a columnist and cartoonist for Soap Opera Update and Soap Opera Weekly.
He appears at 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Side Splitters Comedy Club, Cascades Plaza, 12938 N Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa. (813) 960-1197. $18-$22.
Ruth Eckerd Hall has three former stars of Saturday Night Live on Saturday: Joe Piscopo, Kevin Nealon and Victoria Jackson. All will be doing their shticks from the show, so a Sinatra impression, a "Pump you up" skit and a ukulele are likely.
The show is at 8 p.m. Saturday at the hall, 1111 McMullen-Booth Road, Clearwater. (727) 791-7400. $30-$36.
