With spring in the air, and all its pollen and sneezing, it's a good time for the Chinese Soup of 1,000 Remedies. It has all the magic of chicken soup fired up with rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and pepper. That should make you breathe easier; if not, punch up the vinegar and pepper.
