KEY INJURIES: Senators - C Chris Kelly (fractured left kneecap, out); G Martin Prusek (back spasms, out); D Todd Simpson (shoulder, day to day); C Shaun Van Allen (back injury, day to day); LW Vaclav Varada (torn left ACL, out); C Todd White (broken right foot, IR); Lightning - LW Andre Roy (dizziness, day to day); D Darryl Sydor (upper body, day to day).

THE LOWDOWN: Ottawa has beaten the Lightning all three meetings this season, outscoring Tampa Bay 12-5. Tampa Bay is 2-13-1 against the Senators since the 2000-01 season. ... Tampa Bay has won four of its past six and leads the Eastern Conference with a franchise-record 103 points. Ottawa is fifth with 96. Ottawa tied Toronto 2-2 on Saturday. The Lightning beat Washington 4-1. ... The Lightning's Martin St. Louis leads the league with 89 points (35 goals). Ottawa's Marian Hossa and Daniel Alfredsson are tied for sixth with 78 points.
