BAYSHORE BEAUTIFUL - Construction began Wednesday on the Bellamy at Bayshore, a condominium on Bayshore Boulevard between Knights and Wallcraft avenues.

The 21-story building will feature residences ranging from 2,600 to 5,800 square feet. Of the 61 units, 42 have sold.

Preconstruction prices started at $600,000 to $1-million and have risen to the low $800,000 to more than $2.8-million.

The complex is expected to be completed in early 2006.
