Here are details of neighborhood tours and design-related events:

Upscale on Sale, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today, West Tampa Convention Center, 3005 W Columbus Drive. Merchandise from interior designers, home and garden retailers and wholesalers, artists, antiques shops, "anything to do with home decor." Inventory items, new merchandise, samples, overruns. $5 donation at the door; sales benefit the Florida Orchestra.

Seventh annual Pass-a-Grille Woman's Club Home Tour Sunday visits six homes, all new to the tour. Tickets: $20 at Moon Shadow, 326 Corey Ave.; Paradiso, 104 Eighth Ave.; or Nancy Markoe Gallery, 3112 Pass-a-Grille Way, all in St. Pete Beach. Tour at your own pace between 1 and 3 p.m. or between 3 and 5 p.m. (indicate your time preference when you buy tickets). Information: (727) 497-2777.

Sixth annual Old Seminole Heights neighborhood tour, 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday. On view are 12 homes dating to the early 20th century in this do-it-yourself and restoration-happy Tampa neighborhood that includes two National Register historic districts and one that's locally designated. Tickets: $7 on Sunday only at Seminole Heights Garden Center, 5800 Central Ave. between Hillsborough and Sligh avenues. Information: www.seminole-heights.org

Old Southeast Home and Garden Tour, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 17, visits 10 homes and two gardens in this neighborhood south of downtown St. Petersburg and bordering Tampa Bay, which is home to enthusiastic This Old House-style fixer-uppers. Tickets: $5 (children 12 and younger free), available on tour day at Lassing Park, 20th Avenue and Beach Drive SE. Information: (727) 823-7155.

Designer's Attic Sale, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 17, SELS Warehouse, 5102 W Linebaugh Ave., Tampa. Local members of the American Society of Interior Designers contribute furniture, accessories, wall coverings, art, gift items, show house items, used furniture, carpet squares, remnant fabrics. Sales benefit Children's Dream Fund.

Pink Flamingo Tour of Homes, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 22, Gulfport. More than a dozen homes in the city's arts district will be open, including two built by Alvah C. Roebuck (of Sears, Roebuck & Co.), who vacationed in Gulfport in the early 20th century. Tickets: $10, available on tour day only at the Gulfport Historial Museum, 5301 28th Ave. S.
