Dogs to roam, hobnob soon at new park

Pinellas Park's first dog run, at Freedom Lake Park, 9990 46th St. N, will open at 5:30 p.m. Monday. The park features separate play areas for large and small dogs, water stations, benches for human companions, shade trees, sanitation stations and imitation fire hydrants. Free treats will be available at Monday's grand opening for the four-legged attendees. For information, call Tim Caddell at 541-0721.
