LUTZ: The owners of 29 acres at the southeast corner of Dale Mabry Highway and Van Dyke Road want to make a minor change to the 190,000-square-foot Van Dyke Commons shopping plaza planned for the property.

TOWN 'N COUNTRY: Developers of the Sheldon Shores condominiums planned for 4.6 acres south of Waters Avenue want to modify the condos' setback requirements, relocate a driveway entrance off Sheldon Road and reconfigure the parking lot. The request is scheduled to be heard May 25. (Petition 04-0840)

LUTZ: A zoning hearing master on Wednesday will hear discussion on a rezoning proposal that would allow a parking lot on 0.29 acres off Florida Avenue, north of Lake Drive. (Petition 04-0562)

CARROLLWOOD: The Salvation Army wants to wait to present plans for a 31-home development on 12.6 acres it owns along Lake Ellen. The application was scheduled for Thursday's zoning hearing master meeting, but it will likely be heard April 26. (Petition 04-0279)

The following applicants are seeking a continuance from Thursday's zoning hearing to the April 27 meeting.

CARROLLWOOD: Kevin Bynum of Hamilton Engineering proposes an office-warehouse facility at Gunn Highway and Hubert Avenue. The proposed project would include a two-story, 7,000-square-foot facility. A 1,160-square-foot building now occupies the 0.31-acre site but would be removed if the county approves the request. (Petition 04-0464)

WESTCHASE: Hillsborough Storage LLC seeks permission to build more retail and storage space on Countryway Boulevard, east of Race Track Road. (Petition 04-0397)

CITRUS PARK: WSG Development Co. wants to double the size of a 6,000-square-foot retail project planned for Citrus Park Drive. (Petition 04-0402)
