Pinellas Park's first dog run, at Freedom Lake Park, 9990 46th St. N, will open at 5:30 p.m. Monday. The park features separate play areas for large and small dogs, water stations, benches for human companions, shade trees, sanitation stations and imitation fire hydrants.
