PORT RICHEY - One lucky shopper at Gulf View Square Mall matched all six Florida Lotto numbers to win a $3-million jackpot, lottery officials said Sunday.
The shopper was the lone winner in Saturday's drawing. The ticket was purchased at Mall News, a newspaper stand at the Pasco County mall, which is off U.S. 19. The winning numbers selected were 16-23-30-36-41-49.
