"THE "IT" GIRL' opens today and continues through May 16 at Angel Cabaret Theatre, 5201 U.S. 19, New Port Richey. LED ZEPPELIN TRIBUTE BAND, ZOSO, will perform at 9:30 tonight at Bourbon Street Concert Club, 4331 U.S. 19, New Port Richey. The show is part of a nine-month southern tour. Doors open at 8 p.m. Admission is $10 in advance, $12 at the door.

"VINTAGE VOICES,' Songs of the 40s and 50s, with the Swing Sisters, will be at 6 p.m. Sunday at Angel Cabaret Theatre, 5201 U.S. 19, New Port Richey. Doors open at 4 p.m. for buffet and cash wine and beer bar. Dinner and show, $35.50, plus tax and tip.

"AFTERNOON DELIGHT,' a variety luncheon show, will be at noon Wednesday at the Jewish Community Center, 9841 Scenic Drive, Port Richey. Buffet and show, $18. Call 849-3758.

VISUAL ARTS

WATERCOLOR PAINTINGS by Walter Solarz and an instructional exhibit on making prints from original artwork by Joan Saunders are at the Pasco Arts Center, 5744 Moog Road, Holiday, through April 30. Watercolors by Jo Baughman are in the Upstairs Gallery through May 31. Viewing hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. A reception for the exhibitors will be from 5 to 7 p.m. April 16. Solarz will discuss his philosophy of art and his life as an artist. Ms. Saunders will explain printmaking at 6 p.m.

THE PAINTINGS OF WRITER JOHN DOS PASSOS are on exhibit through April 18 at the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art on the St. Petersburg Campus off Klosterman Road (one-half mile west of U.S. 19), Tarpon Springs. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, 1 to 5 p.m. Sundays and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursdays. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and free to students and children. Sunday is free to everyone.

THE WILDLIFE ART SHOW continues through May 2 at West Pasco Art Guild, 6206 Jefferson, New Port Richey. Viewing hours are 1 to 4 p.m. weekdays.

WORKSHOPS AND AUDITIONS

SHOW PALACE DINNER THEATRE will hold open auditions for the plays and musicals Run For Your Wife, The Fabulous '50s and '60s Revue, Anything Goes, A Show Palace Christmas, The Will Rogers Follies, Sugar Babies and Red, Hot and Cole from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 25 at the Show Palace, 16128 U.S. 19, Hudson and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 26 at The Master Class Academy, 711-B Orange Ave., Winter Park. Those who audition should prepare a one-minute monologue and 16 bars of an uptempo song and a ballad. Bring music, headshot and resume. Call 1-888-655-7469 for directions.

RICHEY SUNCOAST THEATRE will hold the "2004 Children's Workshop" for ages 6-16 on June 1-5 at the theater, 6237 Grand Blvd., New Port Richey. Sessions in acting, dancing, stage decorum, set building and costumes will be given by Marie and Charlie Skelton and a staff of five. Hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 1-4 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 5. LOOK AHEAD

THE AUSTIN LOUNGE LIZARDS satirical folk musicians will be among the performers at the String Break Festival April 16, 17 and 18 at the Sertoma Music Ranch, 83 Myers Road, Brooksville. The Lizards will perform between 3 and 8 p.m. on April 17. Other performers in the three-day fest include Roy Bookbinder, the Hindu Cowboys, Skinny McGee and the Mayhem Makers, Upsala, Chubby Carrier and the Bayou Swamp Band, and Wonderful Johnson. There will be kids' activities, camping, arts, crafts and food, including Cajun, Italian, seafood and more. Admission is $20 on April 16; $25 on April 17; and $15 on April 18; $12 ages 13-17; ages 12 and younger free. Call (863) 984-8445.
