PITCHERS: Orioles - RHP Sidney Ponson (1-0, 1.59 ERA); Rays - LHP Mark Hendrickson (0-0, 0.00).

NOTES: Hendrickson, the tallest player in Rays history (6-9) makes his debut for Tampa Bay. He was 9-9 with a 5.51 last season for Toronto, 0-1 in four starts against Baltimore with a 7.27 ERA. He was 1-2 in the spring with a 4.80 ERA. ... Ponson, who went 52/3 and allowed one run to win Monday's opener vs. Boston, is expected to start tonight. The debut of Erik Bedard, a 25-year-old left-hander from Canada who made two appearances for Baltimore in 2002, likely is pushed back to Saturday.
