Clearwater Beach celebrates its sand and sunsets every day, but the annual Sunsets Beach Fest offers extra reasons to party: music, food, arts and crafts, rides, games and fireworks.

The three-day festival starts at 6 p.m. today. The Tribute to Buffett Parrothead Party, with Mystik NRG & the Landsharks, begins at 6:30. Fireworks are at 8:45 p.m.

The fun continues from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Highlights: Radio Disney Family Beach Games, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday; beach house music by Big Sky, Hip Kitty and Squirrels Gone Wild, 6:30 p.m. Saturday; and Beach Boys Tribute with the Edisons and Still Surfin', 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

It all takes place at Pier 60 Park. Admission is free. The Beach Fest is the official kickoff of Clearwater's annual Fun 'N Sun celebration. 727 449-1036 or www.sunsetsatpier60.com
