ARCHITECTURE

Willingham Architecture, 1698 Manor Way, St. Petersburg, announced this contract: Hernando Pasco Hospice, a design, consulting and project-management services contract, for 12,000-square-foot, 16-bed care center, 37441 Clinton Ave., Dade City, $1.4-million.

Wedding, Stephenson & Ibarguen Architects Inc., 300 First Ave. S, Suite 402, St. Petersburg, announced this contract: Autumn Care Inc., 25,500 square feet on 2.8 acres, with six one-story buildings, including a 4,500-square-foot birthing center and administrative offices, 2050 East Bay Drive, Largo, $2.3-million.

CONSTRUCTION

Biltmore Construction Co., 1055 Ponce De Leon Blvd., Belleair, received the 2004 Horizon Award in the new construction category from the Associated General Contractors of Greater Florida Inc. for construction of the School of Architecture at Florida International University.

TriMar Construction Inc., 1720 W Cass St., Tampa, announced completion of site amenity work for Lennar Homes' Kings Lake development, Gibsonton. The $560,000 contract included fencing, an entry gate system, pool cabana, pool and deck area, mail center and entry area.

ENGINEERING

GLE Associates Inc., 3109 W Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Suite 550, Tampa, announced that it has an indefinite quantity contract with the city of Largo to provide professional environmental services. Services are to include environmental engineering studies and site assessments. The contract will be reviewed every three years.

Water Resource Associates, 14502 N Dale Mabry Highway, Suite 226, Tampa, announced these contracts: Suwannee River Water Management District, to determine a minimum flow and level for Madison Blue Spring, Madison County, and to develop a district-wide minimum flow and level program; and Manatee County, to develop the Manatee County Phosphate Reclamation Standards.
