Hot ticket: Festival to wind up with a bang

Clearwater wraps up its annual Fun 'n Sun Festival this weekend with a night parade, concerts, a Cinco de Mayo celebration and fireworks.

Coachman Park on the downtown waterfront is the scene for three events: a concert with the Christian rock group Third Day at 7 p.m. Friday ($17 advance, $25 day of show); the Cinco de Mayo Celebration with Latin music and dance from Mexico, carnival games, food, 2 to 10 p.m. Saturday (free); and the Florida Orchestra concert at 7:45 p.m. Sunday, followed by fireworks (free).

The annual Illuminated Night Parade, shown above, steps off at 7:35 p.m. Saturday at Cleveland Street and Highland Avenue and moves west along Cleveland. (727) 562-4800.
