Margarita Mamas and Banana Joe's opened Friday at University Mall, 2200 E Fowler Ave. The joint establishments are also located on Channelside Drive. The tropical-themed restaurant and nightclub offers a mix of Southwestern food, tropical drinks and dancing to top 40 music from the 1980s through today. Call 903-8900.

Or release tension at Joy Luck Spa, open at 15931 N Florida Ave. The spa offers Shiatsu, Swedish, therapeutic and relaxation massages, body wraps, raindrop treatments and steam saunas. Walk-ins are welcome. Hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1-7 p.m. Sunday. Call 968-9663.
